A new type of DY series environmental Banbury mixer. 

Advantages of the new type of rubber mixer: 

A． New type of rubber mixer has an integral structure, with a compact structure and good leak proofness. Comparing with the traditional drop type Banbury mixer, this machine has the features: easy installation, small space occupied, smaller pollution, it is most suitable for the condition of limited factory building space, and it can play the best efficiency, convenient to provide the possibility of automatic rubber mixing, and it is the ideal new type rubber mixing equipment for the medium size rubber products factory.

B． This machine improves the production efficiency greatly, enhances the rubber mixing quality, and reduces the unit energy consumption effectively. It's rubber mixing quality and efficiency is same as the traditional drop type Banbury mixer, but the energy required is 2/3 of the traditional Banbury mixer.

C． Rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door and the top ram can be cooled through water circulation with large cooling area. Meanwhile, this machine is equipped with the water temperature control system, which can effectively ensure the mixing quality of various of rubber materials.  

D．All the surface of rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, and top ram, etc., which contacts with the rubber materials, are built-up welded with hard alloy, then being plated with hard chrome, wear-resisting and corrosion resistance.

E． The end of the rotors adopts hydraulic sealing, the sealing specific pressure is adjustable, reliable sealing.

F． The top ram adopts hydraulic drive, to realize constant pressure control of rubber materials, the bottom ram adopts drop type for discharging with hydraulic drive, stable running, short opening and closing time, being driven by oil cylinder, tight lock force is strong, good self-locking and sealing property.

G． This machine adopts intelligent control system equipping with invertor, its control system adopts touch screen and PLC, while the touch screen can transit and display the running condition of the machine effectively, also it be set different pressure and rotating speed according to different kinds of material and then all the settings can be on file by serial number, and the relevant procedure will be callout by putting the relevant serial number during late production procedure to run the machine.

H．This machine can select the best rotating speed and pressure according to the hardness and temperature of materials, combining the electric current, to get the best rubber mixing effects, with the features of environmental protection and intelligentize.

I．   This machine can choose to assemble upstream device and downstream device to work continuously according to user's requirements, to realize automatic rubber mixing.
